What exactly is the WIS®RQ Resilience Intelligence Platform?
Every tool your employees have ever used reminds them they are being surveyed or assessed. The WIS®RQ is a completely different experience. It is an immersive, mindset-changing, interactive experience that translates their daily habits, activities, and patterns into a Resilience Index that shows them where they need to change, celebrate, or grow. It is an awareness-building and liberating exercise that employees love. No compliance. No judgment. How is this different from an employee engagement survey?
Engagement surveys arrive after the drought has already done its damage. By then, people have already turned themselves down, disconnected from who they are, and adapted just enough to survive the pressure without anyone noticing the cost.
The WIS®RQ measures the nine resilience dimensions that determine whether someone has the capacity to stay present, stay engaged, and stay whole under pressure. Engagement is the outcome. Resilience is what makes it possible.
Measuring engagement without measuring resilience is like noticing the ship has crashed without ever checking the anchors.
We already have an EAP. Why do we need this?
EAPs are underutilized for a simple reason: employees do not recognize their own depletion early enough to reach out for help voluntarily. By the time most people contact their EAP, the situation has already escalated beyond what they can manage on their own. The WIS®RQ Resilience Experience gives employees a deeper, earlier awareness of what is actually happening across their nine resilience dimensions before it reaches that point. They are no longer left in the gap between functioning and crisis, falling through the crack without knowing support was available or needed. With that awareness, employees can choose to seek support proactively, whether through the EAP, a coach, their manager, or simply by addressing a specific resilience dimension themselves. The platform does not tell them what to do. It gives them the information to make that decision before the decision gets made for them.
How long does it take to see results?
It takes approximately 30 minutes to complete each dimension mapping and receive the Resilience Index for that dimension. Participants move through at their own pace, completing one dimension at a time, so the experience never feels overwhelming. Each dimension delivers immediate insight the moment it is complete.
Is employee data kept private?
Individual Resilience Index Profile results are completely confidential. No manager, HR professional, or organizational leader can access an individual employee’s resilience profile. Organizations see only anonymized aggregate data by department or team. This is not a policy setting that can be changed. It is built into the architecture of the platform. Employees are informed of this before they complete the WIS®RQ Resilience Experience, which is what makes participation rates consistently high.
